The Nebraska Secretary of State’s Office will be mailing out early voter applications to all registered voters the week of September 8th to September 16th. If you do not receive an application and want to vote early by mail, please contact the County Clerk’s Office 402-372-6002. To vote early by mail, voters need to complete an early voter ballot application and return to the County Clerk’s Office by October 23rd at 6:00 p.m. Early voting after October 23rd can be done in person at the County Clerk’s Office until November 2nd. Applications can be mailed to 200 S Lincoln St, Rm 100, West Point, NE 68788, e-mailed to email@example.com, or faxed to 402-372-6013. Registered voters in Lincoln, Elkhorn, Bismark and Monterey Townships are in the SW4 precinct, which is an all-mail precinct. Ballots will be mailed to these voters 10 to 22 days before election.
