Procedures for grant submission The by-laws of The Louis and Abby Faye Dinklage Foundation state that grant money may only be distributed to: the City of Wisner, the Wisner-Pilger Public School or the County of Cuming. Cuming County has acted as a means of distribution for funds to additional grant applicants. A procedure has been established where the governing board of the proper public body approve the grant application before it is heard by the Dinklage Foundation board. Following this procedure should speed the process in which your grant application is heard by the Louis & Abby Faye Dinklage Foundation board. Grant applications should be requested from the Cuming County Clerk and completed applications should be returned to the county clerk for inclusion on the agenda of the county supervisors. If funds are granted through the foundation, submission of receipts (if applicable) or a letter requesting the funds, must forwarded to the county clerk before funds will be distributed. Cuming County Board Policy adopted August 14, 2001: agenda items may be made by the public to the county clerk in writing, and signed by the submitting party, during posted business hours only until 10:00 a.m. two working days prior to the meeting. Agenda items submitted by the public will be included on the agenda but discussion of these items is at the board’s discretion.
