“Attention Nonpartisan Voters” – The State Democratic Party has allowed their entire ballot opened to nonpartisan voters.  The Republican and Libertarian Parties only allow nonpartisan voters to vote on the federal races, U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.  A nonpartisan registered voter must ask for this additional special ballot.
